CAC invites artists to submit proposals for “ground·swell”, a public art partnership with The Cedars Social and its new container bar, The Cedars Backyard that will conclude in a site specific mural (facing the Dallas Police Department Headquarters) at the location. CAC members are invited to submit up to three total color renderings encompassing the artist’s interpretation of the aforementioned theme. The deadline for submission is February 17, 2017. The next Process 2 Product Student and Instructor Show features the work teaching artists and instructors from mosaic department. It will February 16 with a potluck dinner from 6 to 8pm and run through April 7.
