Business Council for the ARTS (BCA), Creative Arts Center of Dallas (CAC) and the Dallas Arts Dealer’s Association (DADA), in conjunction with the Office of Cultural Affairs, will present The Business of Art: Markets for Visual Arts” on Sat, April 1 from 9:45 to 1:30pm at the Latino Cultural Center. Participants will learn about current markets for visual artists and makers, including retail and medical markets. Guest speakers are: Courtney Crothers, UT Southwestern Medical Center; Donald Fowler, The Nasher Store; Gabriella Guajardo, Wisteria; Julie McCullough, Make + Made; Tessa Mugica, Wisteria; and Chris Unruh, Makers Connect. T ickets are available for $25 in advance for members of any of the three organizations; $35 at the door.
