Please fill out this form to apply for CAC’s Student Membership.

Please send in a photo of your current ID or other physical proof to info@creativeartscenter.org.

Once we receive your ID or other physical proof, we will email you an invoice with the Student Membership portal.

NOTE: WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY STUDENTS UNDER THE AGE OF 15 YEARS TO APPLY FOR A STUDENT MEMBERSHIP AS THEY ARE UNDER CAC’S ESTABLISHED AGE LIMIT.
