Please send in a photo of your Employee ID or other physical proof to info@creativeartscenter.org.

Once we receive your ID or other physical proof, we will email you an invoice with the Teacher Membership portal.

NOTE: This Membership is meant for Teachers working in Public or Private Schools and Colleges.
