Thoman
6 of 6 spots available
3-hour workshop

Kitchen lithography is a fantastic technique that draws from the principles of traditional lithography but uses items found in your kitchen.  Compared to the traditional technique, it's a quick, simplified, non-toxic process. We use common materials you can find in most kitchens: aluminum foil, vegetable oil, and soda.

If you enjoy drawing, and experimenting with mark making, then this workshop will open you to a whole new way of making art;  it is designed to introduce a non-toxic alternative, allowing you to print without chemicals and expensive equipment.

Fine Print Studio is a Green Print Studio, offering traditional process through alternative techniques. The Basic Non-Toxic Printmaking series is designed for the Creative Arts Center of Dallas.

There is a $20 supply fee payable to the instructor. Credit card, check, cash, and Apple Pay are accepted.

This Workshop is held OFFSITE, in the Artist’s Studio
