Discover the world of drawing with us! In this beginner drawing class, you'll learn the fundamentals of drawing, from using materials to basic concepts like shading and proportion. This class is perfect for those who want to explore their creativity and improve their artistic skills in a relaxed and welcoming environment. As your teacher, I'll guide you through fun, practical exercises to help you develop your drawing skills and confidence.
Objectives:
- Learn the fundamentals of drawing.

For whom: Ideal for beginners or those who want to refresh their drawing skills.
Class does not meet 11/29 (for Thanksgiving).
- Location:
- Painting Room, Building A, Creative Arts Center, 2360 Laughlin Dr, Dallas, TX 75228
- Supplies:
- For the first day of class meeting, please bring a sketchbook (8.5 x 11 in), 2 pencils and 2 erasers (Kneaded, Magic white, or a similar brand), pencil sharpener, 2 ink pens and a ruler. Additional supplies are required for this course; the instructor will have a hand-out of that supply list in class.
