Registration is open for June - July classes.

Refund policy

CLASS SCHEDULES:

Register early. Classes will be cancelled if they do not meet the minimum enrollment three (3) business days prior to the start of a new session. CAC reserves the right to cancel, combine or reschedule any class. Instructors may alter the class schedule during a session to accommodate holidays. They will discuss any changes with each class.

REGISTRATION AND POLICIES:

Please read all registration and refund policies before you register. To ensure enrollment, please register as soon as possible and no later than one week prior to the start date of the class as class space is limited.

  • Payment is due in full upon registration.
  • Students who need to withdraw from a class will receive a class credit equal to the full tuition paid, provided the withdrawal request is submitted before the first day of class. No credits will be issued for withdrawals requested on or after the first class date.
  • We kindly ask that withdrawal requests be submitted at least two weeks before your class begins. As a nonprofit, early notice makes a meaningful difference — it gives us time to offer your spot to another student and helps protect the instructors and programs that depend on consistent enrollment. That said, we understand that life happens, and we will honor credit requests made after that window as well, as long as they are received before the first day of class.
  • To initiate a withdrawal, please submit your request in writing through your customer account page or by emailing info@creativeartscenter.org. Verbal notification and failure to attend do not constitute an official withdrawal.
  • Class credit will not be issued for missed individual sessions due to student illness, unexpected travel, or other reasons outside the responsibility of CAC or the instructor.
  • If CAC cancels an entire class — meaning all scheduled dates within a session — students will receive a full tuition refund.
  • No refunds or credits will be given for lab or membership fees.
  • CAC reserves the right to refuse enrollment or dismiss any student for behavior which is disruptive or unacceptable to the learning environment.

INCLEMENT WEATHER:

In case of inclement weather, CAC closes when DISD closes in most cases. We also report such information to local TV stations. For classes held outdoors — welding and stone carving — we usually reschedule classes if the temperature is below 40 degrees. You will be notified by your instructor or staff if your class must be rescheduled.
