Artist Trading Cards are miniature original works of art created to be traded.
In 2011, a devoted group of Tuesday night mosaic students launched a trading card circle. They gathered at rotating host homes for trading card parties, facilitated by Rebecca Collins, with rules and practices evolving naturally over time. The friendships and sense of community that grew from it were something special, yet typical of the bonds that form at the CAC.
Most of these artist cards were donated by Peggy Breedlove’s son Kevyn, with a few additions from Rebecca’s own collection.
